Speaker
Darryl introduced John, who is a Beerwah local having moved from Glen Oswald in Adelaide 35 years ago. He has been married to Wendy for 50 years.  He is a retired Government/PR advisor.

John gave us a whirlwind tour of his career through politics and propaganda, including
how to tug the heartstrings of those pesky senior citizens to try and get them to follow some basic safety instructions.
And Rotary which has “women now” -  horror - not "partners"

Banarby Joyce was speaking in a cattle yard at night.  The largely indigenous audience were giving him some rowdy appreciation, and cheering “imboola, imboola”
while he droned on about how the Government would do this and that
When he was escorted back to his car  he was warned
Don’t step in the imboola

The SWOT analysis only tells you where you are, so if you want action its the SWOOTAD approach,  but if you want to shut down a bright idea maybe SWOOTAT is the correct approach.

He remembers Gough Whitlam in a Kombi under 100 deg arc lights, and Don Dunstan’s media room, the first in Australia. He had an “aura” around him, up there in his safari suit.

Noel thanked John
