President's Report by Chris 

Chris spoke about the structure and function of Clubs,

and the challenge of attracting younger members.

Average age hovers around 70 and only 5% are under 50

Mark introduced Josh who grew up in Kenilworth

and has been with Stockland for eleven years

Helen is away for four weeks but has arranged lots of speakers
