International Toast
Norm proposed a toast to RC Hyan in the Ukraine, pioneer of Rotaract, for emerging leaders from ages 18-30. Tara Mythalyk started Rotaract. They raise money for animal shelters, supply clothes for needy children, visit nursing homes to boost spirits, and are keen on poker nights, cookouts and parties.
